Sarah Marvelle
Practice Manager
Sarah has been a veterinary technician for 15 years. She started in general practice and was drawn to Emergency and specialty hospitals.
Sarah is passionate about patient care; her ultimate goal is to treat all pets as if they were her own.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and four dogs! You may find her fishing in both salt water and freshwater and spending as much time outside by the lake or ocean.

Chelsey
Meet our incredible Reception Supervisor, Chelsey! Having always had a love for animals, Chelsey started her career in the veterinary field back in 2017. She started in emergency medicine as a Technician Assistant before earning her place as a Veterinary Assistant sometime after. With a passion for client service and excellent patient care, Chelsey left the veterinary emergency field after four years and has joined our team at Companion Animal Hospital as our Receptionist Supervisor. When Chelsey isn’t helping sick patients, she can often be found surrounded by friends, family, and a few pets of her own.

Cailen, CVT
Cailen has been working with animals since 2003. She graduated from an agricultural high school where she majored in Animal Science. She then went on to the University of New Hampshire, where she graduated with an associate’s degree in animal science. Wanting to further her education, she went to Bel-Rea Institute of animal technology in Denver, Colorado, and graduated in 2012. She then moved back to MA, where she worked in general practice and emergency hospitals. She has a soft spot for Rottweilers, as she has had them most of her adult life. She lives in NH with her husband and little boy. In her spare time, she enjoys going on adventures outside with her family, reading a good book, or practicing her baking and cake decorating skills!

Rachel, CVT
Rachel began working at Companion Animal Hospital in August of 2019. As a child, Rachel knew she wanted to work with animals. She is currently attending school at Great Bay Community College to earn an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. During her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, his son, their husky Rocky, and their cat Malibu.
